Through the nature of our work, Walsh:PR uses the services of photographers and videographers on a regular basis. We only release or use photographs or videos when we have the prior consent of the person or persons being photographed or filmed. In the case of organised events, we use on-site signage to alert people that photography or filming will be taking place, so that they can express a preference not to be filmed or photographed if preferred.

Walsh:PR currently holds a number of social media accounts. Plug-ins to our pages on these sites are visible on the Walsh:PR website and e-Zine. Followers or viewers of these pages must be aware that by accessing them, they are subject to the privacy policies of these specific social network sites.
Correspondence from job applicants (including letters, CV’s and personal contact details) to Walsh:PR will only be held on file with the consent of the applicant. The information will be stored for a period of time that has been agreed between the applicant and the company and will not be held indefinitely.

Through the normal course of our work, we have reason to engage with a broad range of individuals with whom we have a legitimate interest to conduct our business. These include, but are not limited to clients, suppliers, representatives of the media, bloggers, stakeholders and many more.
